boy! theres something 'out there' that wishes me to see another day. or i am plain lucky. maybe those are just two different ways to say the same thing.
i almost died 20 minutes back. these left turns are always tricky. especially wen
yu cant see the other lane wen a fkn truck blocks ur way. especially wen thers a fkn pickup speeding @ 60mph to beat the yellow light on the other lane. especially since the person laking a left is held responsible by law. ok ok, maybe i shuda waited that extra second for the green arrow too.
thanks god for the brakes. on that pickup. and thank god for the V6 on mah baby. and thank god the guy on the bicycle stopped in time too. my fingers are still trembling. maybe i'll celebrate tonight!

@ because of b: yeah hic! hic! friday n saturday! beer has never tasted so good :) too bad i cudnt sleep the whole day yesterday or today tho! 'twas raining in the valley (after 145 dry days) and the sexiest climate to sleep...but then there were things to go, work (ugh!) to finish!

Yeah i saw the V6, lol, i dunno why i put V8...
Yeah it happens a few times everyday for me too, maybe not a v6 or a humungous truck, pretty sillies, like a thin 50 something who thought he was riding through his backyard when he decided to turn right, so slowly, so innocuously, and moi was coming at a decent 100 kmph in moi bike dismissing the old man as roadside dirt, and he almost made me into one! A shake of the head, curse the heavens... and back, vroom!
